5 keys for powerful and effective thinking

                              You must have been asked, ' what do you think about it? and as a philosopher you might have put your thought in an answer to the question.              

              You know, this process of thinking has greater importance in human life. It is a mental process happens continuously consciously or unconsciously. It a root of your mental existence. Whatever mental process you have, it is a thought in another form. It is a base of all mental activities like analysis, observation , contemplation , creativity , logic and many more. Every human being thinks but a way of thinking determines your destiny. Though it is common to think, It is what makes you different and unique from others. Your thoughts generate feelings and emotions which influence your behavior. Your behavior shapes your personality and personality builds your life. They form your beliefs and attitudes. Repetitive thoughts create different patterns in your brain. They program your mind. They create your identity and make you whatever you are. Therefore Buddha says, " You become what you think." How true it is! 

           Your thinking makes your life. It has a super power and unbeatable energy. It plays a major role in your personal, professional, social and spiritual wellbeing. Your thought is a nectar as well as a poison. It brings you all the happiness of the universe or can plunge you in the valley of the darkness. It leads you to the peak of the success or can make you a looser of millennium. It makes you the strongest and the weakest too. It helps you to grow tall or can destroy you. It makes you lion hearted or can make you a timid sheep.

               Appropriate thoughts are like the essential nutrients for the appropriate growth in every aspect of the life. Whether you want to have perfect relationships, a suitable career growth, peaceful mind or stunning health, that everything begins with a small thought.

     According to the quantum physics a thought has energy and more speed than the light. It has magnetic force. It  attracts whatever it is all about. When you think positive , positive things happen in your life. When you think negative, negative things happen in your life. Henry Ford once has said, " Whether you think you can or think you

 can't , you are right." You attract what you think about. If you want positivity, happiness, success, wealth and abundance in your life, you have to channelize your thinking process into that direction. 

    Outstanding and successful people are not the aliens, it is only their way of thinking make them so. They are different because they think differently. They possess more powerful and effective thoughts. Most of us go to gym to make our body strong and attractive but what we do to strengthen our thought process which is equally important to the body. we don't think at all about thinking process itself. Have your thought about your thoughts and how are they affecting your life? It is the fact that when you change your thought , you change your life. If you work on your thinking process and make it more powerful and effective, you can take control of everything that happens in your life. 

          Here are 5 keys, will help you to have highly effective and powerful thinking.

1. Be conscious about your thoughts 

          Thinking is a continuous process. It is always on autopilot mode. It happens unconsciously. Science says that in a day approximately 65000 thoughts get produced in our mind. Most of them are far away from our consciousness. We can't observe each and every thought as it happens at the unconscious level. Many of them are the routine thoughts result of our brain patterns or programming. They produce our unconscious behavior that we call our habits. But when you become aware about these thoughts ,you can bring change in them.

      When you become aware about your thinking patterns, you understand their effectiveness. Instead of the flowing with the thoughts ,you can take a pause ,identify their usefulness and act upon them accordingly. This is the first step towards taking control over the thoughts as well making them more effective.

 

2. Have thought provoking Goals.

         Goals help you to channelize your thoughts in a proper direction. When you think in concern of the goals, your mind get engaged in producing result oriented thoughts. It creates powerful and useful thoughts. Having big goals make you think big.

             You know that empty mind is devil's house. A Goal never keeps your mind empty, it provides huge scope to think in divergent mode. It helps you to stretch and expand  your thinking process. You understand that only powerful and effective thoughts can bring your dream into reality. 

 

3. Manage self talk

                  Self talk affects your thinking process. The words you use to talk to yourself reflect the thoughts inside you. Positive self talk boosts positive thinking patterns where as vice versa with negative talk. Using powerful and effective words bring change in your thinking. 

    Self talk plays major role in altering the States of the mind. When you have poor thoughts, you feel low. In such situations using motivated words changes your state of the mind. Thinking process and self talk are the interdependent factors. As you start positive self talking you start thinking positive.

 

4. Surround yourself with the positive environment

           Your thinking process gets influenced by the environment you spend your most time in. It includes people around you, books you read, education you pursue ,whatever you watch & listen on electronic media , social media and other things you do to pass the time. It gives you lot of inputs and accelerates your thinking process. 

                 Spending major portion of your time in passive and negative environment can't make you effective or powerful. Spend time with highly positive and self motivated people. Read thought provoking books, articles and blogs. Watch something worthy. watch motivational movies , research oriented educational shows on television. Use social media for making your own and others life better. Listen to great speakers and leaders. Whatever input you take, it should fill your mind with positivity and fuel yourself for giving effective output.

 

5. Follow healthy physical , spiritual and social routine.

             Mind and body are  interconnected and interdependent. When one is energetic other feels the same energy. Make habits of developing both the mind and the body. Your physical fitness and well-being charge your mind positively. It makes your thinking process positive and healthy. Physical activities like exercising, walking , yoga, aerobics and even playing any outdoor sports energizes you. Physical activities bring positive hormonal changes in your mind.

           Spiritual activities like meditation, mindfulness , reading scriptures and visiting holy places calms your mind. This brings you the peace of the mind. It helps you to balance your mental activities.

         Meeting good people in the society gives you chance to come across different perspectives. It helps you to think from various angles. 

         These life transforming habits secrets happy hormones like endorphin, dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. Which play the most important role in having powerful and effective thinking process.
