Everyone always wants to experience endless happiness in his or her life. happiness is an intention in life. People do so many things to create happiness. They get educated, earn money, set family, look for new horizons of ventures, and get ready to face all the challenges just for happiness.
Many try a lot of
materialistic things to be happy. They search and experience tonnes of outside

nothing but paying attention to your mind, body, and spirit. It is peeping into
the inner world. It is always observing yourself. It is focusing on your
thoughts, feelings, and behavior as well as your responses and reactions. It
enables you to take the right paths for a better life. It gives you a proper
idea about yourself. It helps you to know in detail about your physical,
mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.
As you focus more
on yourself you become more alive and confident about your every move in your
life. Being aware of yourself leads you to evaluate yourself objectively, and
understand and manage your emotions. It supports you to align your feelings and
behavior to the values and principles.

The change
